Four Leafed clovers are a type of power-up. If you collect three clovers your become invincible and your character mutates into their rabid self. Clovers appear every-so often after killing an enemy. To obtain a clover, you have to walk over to it and pick it up; like weapons. Clovers seem to be some sort of drug that makes you extremely strong but also hallucinate.
